Yes. Our furniture is made from carefully selected solid wood. Depending on the model, different species are available, including sugar maple, cherry, red oak, and black walnut.

In some cases, we also offer Douglas fir, a lightweight, strong, and durable wood. Douglas fir is distinguished by its pronounced grain and warm hues ranging from rosy blond to honey brown. Its mechanical properties and stability make it a particularly suitable wood for furniture.

Sourced from responsibly managed forests, it also offers an interesting ecological choice due to its rapid growth, durability, and light weight.

Wood is a natural material. Each piece has its own grain, color variations, and unique characteristics. Slight differences between your furniture and the photos displayed on the website are therefore normal and are part of the unique character of each piece.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable customs duties and tariffs are calculated at checkout and included in the total order price. We then take responsibility for them and pay them at the time of import, under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

However, U.S. sales taxes are not collected by us. Where applicable, they remain the responsibility of the customer.

We apply a non-toxic and biodegradable finish suitable for normal use. For daily maintenance, simply wipe the surface with a clean, soft cloth, without any cleaning products or abrasives.

If the surface is damaged, most unpigmented wipe-on oils can be applied directly to the surface. We do not recommend applying varnish over our finishes.

Yes. Like any natural material, wood can change over time and with exposure to light. Natural variations in color and grain are part of the material's character.

This depends on the model. When assembly is required, we provide the necessary hardware and assembly instructions. Some models are designed for use without assembly.

Our wall shelves are designed to be relatively simple to install. Hardware and instructions are provided, and installation videos are available for some models.

When possible, we strongly recommend aligning the shelving uprights with the structural studs in the wall. If this is not possible, anchors suitable for the type of wall must be used. Our shelving uprights have pre-drilled holes for wall mounting, and then the brackets and shelves are installed.

Hardware and instructions are included when assembly or installation is required. However, for wall-mounted furniture, the appropriate type of fixing may depend on the nature of your wall.

As our furniture is made to order, changes of mind or returns are generally not possible for custom pieces or those specifically manufactured for your order.
