Shipping and handling
Online purchase
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. You will then receive a confirmation when your order has been posted, which will include any tracking information, if applicable.
Production lead time
Refer to the product sheets to find out the delivery times specific to your order. Household items are ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Comfort Eggs can sometimes be made to order so expect 5-10 business days for production. The furniture is made to order and requires 3 to 4 weeks of production.
Delivery
The majority of shipments are made with UPS or CANPAR (2-3 business days in Canada and 3-5 business days in the United States). The brackets are sent with Canada Post outside Quebec (5-8 business days).
Customs and import taxes
Any customs and import taxes are the buyers responsibility. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
