Returns are accepted within ten days from the date of receipt of the package. Notice must be sent to letenonetlamortaise@gmail.com for return authorization. Items must be in their original condition and the package must include your name and order number. Reimbursement is made upon receipt only. For exchanges, the shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense, and Le Tenon et la Mortaise takes care of the costs for sending the second item.
