We apply a non-toxic, biodegradable finish suitable for moderate use. If the surface is damaged, most untinted wiping oils can be applied over it (no varnish). Clean with a clean, soft cloth, free from cleaning agents and abrasives.
All orders are sent in plastic-free packaging, with 100% recyclable cardboard boxes and padding made from as much recycled material as possible.

Materials
Solid Canadian Douglas fir, light and semi-hard wood of high quality, with visible and marked grain. Clear oil or non-toxic matte stain with low VOC emissions. Both stains are clear so the natural grain of the wood is still visible.
