Return and refund policy
Please choose carefully, as most of our pieces are made to order, we cannot offer refunds on purchases if you change your mind.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned item. Items must be returned unused and undamaged. After inspection of your return, if your shipment is damaged, used, or has missing components, the amount of your refund will be at the discretion of our team.
We cannot cover return shipping costs. It is important to use the original packaging and obtain a postal delivery service with a tracking number. In the event that you have purchased something at a discounted price, we will not be able to process a return due to a change of mind.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If, for any reason, your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 5 days, taking care to photo document the condition of the package at the time of delivery. Any issues reported after 5 days cannot be returned.
